Our 100% natural Cedar Leaf and Sage Soy Wax Candle is crafted with high-quality soybean-derived wax, locally-grown, organic sunflower and camelina seed oils, and a potent essential oil blend. You might recognize this unique aroma from our beloved Body Moisturizer. This phthalate-free candle has a cotton-only wick and is poured by hand, so you may notice some imperfections in the wax, but it will burn cleanly, smoothly, and evenly for approximately 45-50 hours!

Aroma: Cedar leaf and sage
Top notes: Cedar leaf and bitter orange essential oils
Middle notes: Sage, clove bud, and chamomile essential oils
Base notes: Teakwood essential oil and vanilla extract
The top notes create the initial impression of the aroma, the middle notes are the main body of the aroma, and the base notes are the subtle, final impression. While we call this aroma “Cedar Leaf and Sage,” it is much more complex than that! You will likely smell all of these different essential oils throughout burning.

Candle Care Instructions:
Before each lighting, trim wick to 1/4″ using scissors for a clean, safe burn and to maximize candle longevity. Discard the trimmed portion.
Allow the wax to melt to the outer edgers of the jar each time you burn to prevent “tunneling.”
Once the candle is gone, we’d love to see how you reuse it. Clean it out and plant a succulent, store your sage bundle, or get creative!
Safety Tips:
Don’t leave burning candle unattended, or in reach of children or pets.
Burn candle for a maximum of 4 hours at a time.
Place candle on a coaster to protect the surface below from heat.
Don’t burn candle when only 1/4″ of wax remains. This could overheat the jar. When wax is this low, it’s time to clean out and repurpose your jar!
Recycling Instructions:
Once wax burns below 1/4″, place jar in the freezer until the remaining wax hardens, then carefully remove and discard the wax using a spoon, being sure to remove the wick holder as well. Clean well. Reuse glass jar or recycle curbside.
