Omg.. I just got the body moisturizer. I’m new to this brand.. full disclosure . I’m a big product snob.. This moisturizer has an amazing scent. . Distinctive but subtle. Its very unique , especially for a clean product. The consistency rivals more expensive brands. My only criticism is the size of the bottle, though I dig the packaging. I’m ordering another bottle for real seconds after trying it bc I’d be sad to run out.

The smell was overpoweringly intense! I used it once and had to wash my hands to get rid of the smell. The feel of the lotion itself was silky and nice…but can’t get past the stink.

I am pleasantly surprised with how much I like this body moisturizer. I’m an ecologist and so I work a lot with my hands and try to make ecoconscious decisions about the products I use. This moisturizer is the perfect medium. The smell is pleasant and the lotion smooths in really well without leaving my hands feeling greasy. I’ve even been using it on my face! It has replaced all of my other moisturizers. I’ve brought it to Africa with me for my field work season and it feels really nice to put on after a long day. I probably wouldn’t have bought this lotion due to the price but now I’m a fan. The company’s relationship with where and who they source ingredients from makes the price worth treating myself, and the seed idea (mixed into the natural paper label and ready to be planted!) is really cute so long as the plants aren’t invasive (I’d like to do more research on what exact species they are). I’ve already recommended this product to numerous people and am really happy I received it in this sampling program.

I had never heard of this type of moisturizer (or this brand) until I was asked to complete a review of the product after using it. ….and how had I not heard of it or used it is beyond me….because this stuff is great!! I didnt want to use the product three times and write a review, I wanted to make sure the end result was something I could truly stand behind and be honest. At first I was hesitant to believe it was different from any other lotion, mostly because it looked like it was marketed to be great and fancy but possibly not work so great. Any eco friendly person would just love this biodegradable outside of the bottle. Made me feel like I wasn’t adding to the huge pile of already enough plastic in our dump sites. I had previously read articles that stated the benefits of these all natural ingredients and properties….but had yet to try one. Initially, opening the package I was stoked about the way it was earth friendly. I unscrewed the hand pump on the bottle and felt like the smell was a little strong, kind of like a mans lotion….so initially was concerned that I wouldn’t like it at all. I replaced the hand pump and with one squirt of it, re-smelling it, there was such a difference in the smell trying it that way. It wasnt as overbearing and had a more clean scent with just one pump. I liked the way it soaked into my skin. I am a hater of greasy lotions,” and if this would have been a greasy lotion it would have gotten one star. The moisture felt more “”real””…. kind of like after you wash your hands before they are completely dry. My skin seemed to retain the moisture not just after I put the lotion on”, but an hour later I didnt feel like I had to reapply lotion. So I used about a pump of this every time I washed my hands, and by the end of the week I actually felt and saw a difference in my skin. I am someone who has alot of skin allergies, and irritates very easy, and this didn’t do that to me!! I would buy this over and over!!! A+++!

I was really floored with the packaging that the product came in. So environmentally consensus and a real beauty to put anywhere in your home. Especially the guest bathroom. The moisturizer created a great lather. It rubbed into the skin quickly and you felt very sure that you were not putting any mad chemicals into your body! The smell on the other hand i was not a big fan f. I love to eat sunflower seeds but its not my go to scent so i would definitely buy another scent next time. Until i received this product i had no idea it existed and no idea about their mission statement. I love this lotion! It’s so rich but not greasy. It’s absorbed on the skin quickly and feels so smooth. The scent is gorgeous. Natural, botanic scent is not overpowering but so relaxing. The lotion is made of coconut oil, shea butter and non-GMO sunflower and camelina seeds. The mission of the brand is great and I like their eco-friendly approach of packaging and production process. I used this product after baths or showering, the scent is kinda citrus and light. It worked well on my arms and legs and I have sensitive skin also and didn’t have any issues. My only issue with this product was the packaging. As you use the product it’s cardboard packaging comes apart so you have to go easy when pushing down on the product. Other wise all good!

I have never heard of Seed Phytonutrients before using their lotion. I used their body moisturizing lotion and am a huge fan! I’m very health conscious and am worried about how many chemicals go on my skin. They use a lot of organic and natural moisturizers so I feel safe about applying it. One pump more than covers one leg! It goes on very smoothly and aborts extremely well and fast. Although this lotion contains organic oils, it does not leave an oily feeling or any residue. The scent reminds me of a spa. Very light and clean. Recommend to those conscious of what goes on your skin!

I used this product at work, I sanitize my hands often and they get dry but the sanitizer I use then soften my hands up and moisturized them. My kids and I used moisturizer after a shower, it left out bodies moisturized, and the scent of the moisturizer is calming as well!
